Unfortunately at my appointment today, the front desk lady sitting on the right, was very mean, rude, and condescending. She had me in tears my entire appointment.I hope one day she learns kindness, and the words you say and the tone you use does matter. I have heard that this had happened to many, many people with her at this place. Luckily other than her, the rest of the staff is absolutely incredible!!! They are all very kind, i have never had an issue with anyone else!!

Absolutely the worst customer service of my life. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a 2nd class citizen. I was talked down to and made me feel 2 inches tall. I also had to write my social security number down on a piece of paper in order to have them look up my insurance information and when she was done, she simply threw it away instead of shedding it. So pretty big HIPPA violation there to. So I will be reporting that as well. Absolutely will never come back.I will gladly pay triple the price anywhere else then ever to back to K&C denture center. Go somewhere that treats you with dignity and respect. Shame on you guys

Terrible patient care and very unfriendly. They don't greet you by name, they don't introduce themselves because you don't matter. They just want to take your money and send you on your way. They expect you to understand aspects of their job without them explaining it. If there's an problem, it's your fault so shut it up and deal with it. My first visit was such a rush, they cut my gum during cleaning and it became a sore which took a week to heal. Do yourself a favor and find a better dentist.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years, and I’m a recovering addict, so the damage to my teeth was extensive. I called as a new patient and they got me in right away, my first appointment they helped me figure out my insurance, gave me x rays and a cleaning, and a dental plan. I went in today to get the cavities in my front teeth fixed, something I never thought would happen, but they fixed them. With care and support and respect. The whole staff made me feel comfortable and welcome and I left with a new smile and a confidence that I didn’t think I would ever get back. The staff is amazing and really made my whole life easier! Thank you k and c dentures, yall are so amazing!
